NBA 2k Gets Massive Ratings Update [Who Should Be Highest Rated?]

NBA 2k17 announced a massive rating overhaul for every player in the game, and some of the most notable moved up or down two or three points. The four MVP candidates all saw an increase, while Giannis also got a plus-two. Stephen Curry and Isaiah Thomas went down a point as well.
