Should the Celtics Trade the No. 1 Pick?

The Boston Celtics are in the Eastern Conference Finals AND own the No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft…so nobody feels bad for them. The ball will be in their own court, well not Lonzo Ball, rather most likely No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz. If they opt to trade the pick or the player, they could seek deals for Paul George or Jimmy Butler. An already good Celtics team is about to get better, but how much will it take to be overall better than the Cavs?
