《希特拉的幫兇 - 卡爾．鄧尼茨 》 預告片

希特拉的納粹德國海軍指揮官卡爾．鄧尼茨是一名極端納粹份子。他願意做任何事，以達成納粹黨的目的。在二戰之後，他聲稱自己只是一個服從命令的水兵，但是主持人占士．艾利斯決意證明，鄧尼茨是一命對納粹主意相當堅定的戰犯，而他亦因其凶狠，被欽定為希特拉的繼任人。



在慕尼黑，占士自一艘U型潛艇展開其調查之旅，他亦因而知道，鄧尼茨是如何策劃納粹德國在公海上的殘忍行動。而在德國北面海岸的一座紀念館，則揭露了鄧尼茨的狼群戰術，是如何幾乎迫使英國投降。在漢堡，一座紀念被殘殺的逃兵之紀念碑，揭示了這位海軍上將殘忍的另一面。占士又到一座能抵禦轟炸的巨型地堡進行考察，該處正是鄧尼茨鋌而走險，展開最後反擊之地。這場調查之旅就以德國弗倫斯堡的米爾維克海軍學院為終點站，鄧尼茨在戰爭戛然而止之時，曾在當地成立新政府，短暫擔任元首一職。

Hitler’s naval commander Karl Donitz was a fanatical Nazi who would do anything to support the party’s despicable aims. After the war, he claimed he’d only been a sailor following orders, but James is determined to prove Donitz was a committed war criminal who earned his bloody role as Hitler’s successor.



In Munich, James kicks off the investigation in a U-boat and learns how Donitz masterminded Germany’s ruthless campaign on the high seas. A monument on Germany’s north coast reveals how Donitz’s wolf pack assault tactic nearly brought Britain to its knees. A memorial to slaughtered deserters in Hamburg reveals yet another side of the admiral’s cruelty. James explores the colossal bomb-proof bunker where a remorseless Donitz played his last desperate move. James ends his journey at the Flensburg Naval academy where Donitz’s brief role as Führer in the final days of the war came to an unceremonious end.
