小農夫 大作物 Agricultural Paradise

我們日常吃到的食物，大家知道是怎樣種出來，和怎樣加工生產的嗎？平日我們在餐桌上輕輕鬆鬆用餐，其實食物都是經過農夫以及農業生產者花很多功夫製造出來的。

不說不知，北海道的農作物物產豐富，而且有不少頂級的美味食材。除了是日本主要的食物生產基地，我們在香港亦隨時食到由北海道生產的食物。

小農夫大作物，就是要帶領大家參觀盛產各種農作物的北海道農場。每集我們都會找來不同的小學生，化身小農夫，去各種農場體驗種植、收割，以及加工的工序。小農夫除了有機會可以親自下田種菜收割，親手搾新鮮牛奶之外，更可以試食由各種不同新鮮食材所煮出來的原創菜式。

有得玩有得食，有學習有體驗，小農夫大作物是小朋友以至大朋友欣賞食物製作過程、學習回歸大自然的最好教材！

Have you ever thought about how our daily food is grown and processed? While we are enjoying meals lightly at the dining table, farmers and agricultural producers are actually putting enormous efforts in producing food.

Being a major food production base in Japan, Hokkaido produces a great variety of crops and other farm products, and she's the origin of many deluxe food ingredients. Hokkaido food is exported worldwide, so we can easily have a taste of it in Hong Kong.

Agricultural Paradise shows you around the crop fields in Hokkaido. In each episode, there are different primary school students, who become 'little farmers' to experience planting and harvesting crops, as well as food processing. Apart from getting the chance to grow vegetables and squeeze milk, the little ones can also try creative dishes made from fresh farm products. Combining eating and playing, mixing with learning and experiencing, Agricultural Paradise teaches both children and adults about appreciating food production process and the natural world.
