통학 버스의 안전규정을 대폭 강화한 일명 ‘세림이법’이 6개월 간의 계도기간을 마치고 오는 29일 본격 시행됩니다. 단속을 앞두고, 어린이 통학 차량을 규정에 맞게 도색하거나 구조변경하려는 학원들이 늘고있는데요. 이때를노려, 차량 수리비용을 부풀리는 업체 들때문에, 학원들이 골머리를 앓고있습니다. 최이현 기자가 취재했습니다.
