The new Hyundai Azera stands out with a single curvature line that runs from the bonnet to the bumper. It also features hidden lighting lamps which appear to be of a chrome material when switched off and become dramatically lit when turned on. The metallic look was created by covering the lens with a thin layer of aluminum and drilling numerous tiny holes in it to allow light through. A great deal of effort was made to create a futuristic look by experimenting with lens angles, hole shapes and patterns, and analyzing light characteristics and quality.
The new Azera is also equipped with High Beam Assist (HBA) which automatically turns off the high beam when an oncoming vehicle is detected. The HBA uses the forward-facing camera to detect car headlamps and street lights and adjusts the headlamps accordingly.
