Cincinnati Reds fireball throwing pitcher Aroldis Chapman took a line drive to his face and left the field for the hospital. He was not knocked unconscious but was thriving in pain as his teammates, medical personnel/trainers and his father ran to his aid. What can be done so we do not see another Brandon McCarthy, J.A. Happ, Alex Cobb injury to pitchers?
