Audi has further expanded its worldwide production network maintaining its global growth trajectory. On the 30th September 2016, the Audi Board of Management opened the first Audi car plant on the North American continent. The company will produce the new generation of the Audi Q5 for the world market in San José Chiapa in Mexico's federal state of Puebla.
