Building Guardians：Oh My Neighbour!

Kristy (played by Jennifer YU), a Structural Engineer of the Buildings Department, transferred to the Joint Office recently. She is arranged to work with a slick and seasoned Technical Officer (Structural) Fat-kei (played by Joseph TAY) to handle all kinds of water seepage problems of buildings in the Yau Tsim Mong District, a place where the good mingles with the bad.
Kristy has difficulties to adapt to the new working environment. And as a person who believes that policies and procedures should be properly followed, as she is also dissatisfied with her new partner’s outfits, conversational manner and way of doing things. Nevertheless, the experienced Fat-kei feels just like a fish in water and handles his work smoothly and capably.
The pair work together to handle a problematic case of water seepage complaint in Kwai Hing Building. Sister Fei (played by Halina TAM) is a single mother taking care of her son Tak while mourning for her late husband. Sister Fei and her son are living in Flat 3B in which water is dripping from the ceiling, and the problem is very likely to be caused by water leakage in the bathroom of Flat 4B upstairs. On the other hand, the resident of Flat 4B, “Aunty Six” (played by Anna NG), an old lady living alone, is known to be difficult to deal with and have never cooperated in fixing the problem of water seepage.
Maybe there are always tools and methods to fix a problem of water seepage, but how can we repair a broken relationship?
