These tray baked sticky chicken wings are perfect for family dinners or bbq parties.

Recipe

1 kg/2lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup soy sauce

Combine honey, curry powder and soy sauce and marinate with chicken for 1 hour. BBQ wings until cooked through or bake in an oven at 180c/350f for 25-30 minutes basting frequently during cooking process. Leave to rest for several minutes and serve.
