Ingredients: makes 4
85g caster sugar
150g butter, chopped
150g 70% cocoa dark chocolate, chopped
3 egg yolks
3 eggs
1 tbsp plain flour
Mold mixture
1/4 cocoa powder
1/4 cup caster sugar
2 tbls softened butter
Chocolate sauce
150g 70% cocoa dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy thickened cream
Ice cream, slithered almonds & chocolate decoration to serve (optional)
