Nicole SHUM, a newly recruited Competition Affairs Officer (Investigation), senses an unusual ambience at the very moment she enters the office – as the two Managers (Investigation) of the Commission Ashley YEUNG and Sean SUNG always compete secretly, Nicole finds herself caught in a dilemma.

At a lecture on anti bid-rigging, Ashley and Nicole receive a complaint on suspected bid-rigging.
