The Detroit Lions’ 17 penalties totaled more offense than many of the teams that played this weekend after Jim Caldwell’s team fell to the Tennessee Titans at home. Three touchdowns were called back by the refs, which in traditional Lions fashion, really is not that surprising. To add insult to injury, Jim Caldwell punted on 4th and 3 on the Titans 39 yard line.
