The NBA Superteam, amongst many fans, has caused a rupture in the NBA and is gaining steam as one of the bigger problems in sports. The problem, however, is the NBA Finals ratings disagree, as the first two Finals games have been the highest rated in history. Now, just because people are watching does not mean there is no problem. Players are free to sign where they choose in free agency if the team and player can agree upon a price, there is not much a commissioner (not named David Stern) could do to change the outcome.
