Ezekiel Elliot Suspended Six Games

The NFL opted to suspend Ezekiel Elliot six games for incidents related to domestic violence. Although the back and forth occurred over a lengthy period of time and both parties, Ezekiel Elliot and the woman who claims to have been Elliot’s girlfriend, no court convicted the Cowboys RB on any of the charges. One judge did say that he believes domestic violence did happen but no proof was able to be uncovered. The NFL does not need to punish or discipline according to what the law does, so they handed Elliot a six game suspension. Elliot can appeal the suspension and likely will.
