Graduation speeches can make a long ceremony a lot better, especially when they come from a Super Bowl winning QB and ex-player of said university. Russell Wilson took the podium at the University of Wisconsin commencement last week and gave a 20 minute speech chronicling his path to the NFL and time transitioning between NC State and University of Wisconsin. Wilson played both baseball and football at NC State, but a story in regards to why he switched universities, in relation to NC State head coach at the time, Tom O’Brien, came under scrutiny by an ex-NC State teammate on Facebook.
