Today we explore the east side of Jeju Island. Our mission is to climb the Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (성산일출봉). On the way we fuel up by having lunch at a seafood restaurant that sells Braised Hairtail Fish (Galchi Jorim/갈치조림). Considering the price of 75,000 won for a serving for two people, we opt for the Grilled Makerel (Godeungeo Gui/고등어 구이). We also enjoy a scenic view of the Sunrise Peak at Gwangchigi Beach (광치기해변). Note: Jeju Island is called Jejudo (제주도) in Korean. "Do/도" means island.
