Today I will answer a question sent in by Hannah Samuel from Nigeria who said, “Korean food looks delicious. Please teach me how to make any Korean dish.”
There’s a huge variety of Korean dishes out there, but at the very heart of Korean cuisine is a bowl of rice, some soup and a spread of banchan, or side dishes.
In this episode, we brought it back to the basics and made some tasty banchan.
