On the evening before Chinese New Year, families reunite and dine together. Though #Jordanians do not celebrate Chinese New Year, they share a dish called #Mansaf during festivals and family reunions. People sit around a huge bowl of lamb and rice and dig in. Mansaf is so important to Jordanians that it is named a national dish. It stands for reunion. #Jameed, a local yogurt, is the soul of the dish. In this episode, we shall learn more about Mansaf.
