In this episode, we introduce to you the winner of #GoldAward in Young Chef Chinese #Culinary Competition 2023 Open Category, Chan Wai-hong. We discussed his career path, and saw him demonstrate how to prepare his award-winning dish “Piggy Treasures”. The nicely named dish features pig offal (heart, liver, tripe and chitlins), the handling of which requires great skills. It stood out amongst others with its appetising look and outstanding flavour.
