In the latest series “Local Gourmets and Young Chefs”, we introduce outstanding young chefs who have won in #culinary competitions. The first to be featured is #Li-Ngai, winner of Youth Group at the Young Chef Chinese Culinary #Competition 2023. How does he apply his creativity and turn some plain-looking ingredients into special dishes that are bursting with colours, flavours and tastes? How did he come to love cookery at such a young age?
