Ingredients: serves 2-4

400g Chicken thighs
2 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls sake
1 tsp garlic (crushed)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1/4 tsp sugar
1 cup potato flour
salt to season

Karaage Dipping Sauce
3 tbls soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbls sake
1/4 cup spring onion
