The digital single album title song "Cry & Blow" is the second production with E-TRIBE, a producer whom she worked with for "Bad Guy" in 2011. The producer has called the song "A track only Joo can sing." JOO's unique and original style of expressing feelings in her songs, topped with her upgraded vocal harmony, bring this sensational oriental-ish track to perfection.

今回のデジタルシングルアルバムのタイトル曲「泣いて吹く」は、2011年発表した「悪い男」に続き、プロデューサー‘E-TRIBE’と息を合わせた二度目の作品である。プロデューサーが‘この曲はJooじゃないとだめ’と断定するほど、既存のJOOしか表現できないスタイルの切ないバラードで、さらにアップグレードしたボーカルハーモニーとユニークな韓国的、東洋的なメロディーがトラック全体で感じられる洗練された曲である。
