ONSTAGE K _ Jun Bum Sun and the Yangbans(전범선과 양반들) & 아래로부터의 혁명(Revolution)

Jun Bum Sun and the Yangbans is a rock and roll quartet formed in 2013. The band name stands for their desire to live like Yangban, part of the traditional ruling class or gentry during the Joseon Dynasty, who studied and worked for the government during the day but enjoyed the arts at night. Led by vocalist, composer and lyricist Jun Bum-sun, the band is comprised of drummer Kim Bo-jong, guitarist Choi Hyun-gyu and bassist Jang Won-hyuk. They released the first album, "Love Songs," in 2014 and the second album, "Revolution Songs," in 2016. The quartet combined the most Korean language and expressions with the fierce and aggressive sounds of rock, encouraging the weak to revolt despite being Yangban, the ruling class.
전범선과 양반들은 2013년 11월 결성됐다. 팀 이름은 '낮에는 훈장질을 하고, 밤에는 풍류를 즐기는 양반'같이 사는 삶을 추구하기 때문이라고 한다. 이름이 양반인 만큼 우리나라만의 정서를 담고 있다. 전범선이 팀의 리더와 곡의 작사 작곡을 맡고 있으며, 2014년에 1집 앨범 [사랑가]를 발표했으며, 2016년에는 2집 앨범 [혁명가]를 내놓았다. 멤버는 전범선(보컬, 기타, 북), 최현규(기타), 장원혁(베이스), 김보종(드럼)이다. 이들은 가장 한국적인 언어를 가장 강력한 서양 음악 중 하나인 '록(Rock)'에 실어 사람들을 선동한다.
