1 large red onion, sliced
1 chorizo, diced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 green apple, cored and cubed
1 tbls apple cider vinegar
1 tbls brown sugar
4 pork sausages (of your choosing)
4 Bread rolls
Serve with baby rocket & American mustard
