Shaun White Fails Snowboarding Sochi Olympics 2014

Two-time gold medalist at the Winter Olympics and versatile athlete Shaun White has failed to medal at Sochi 2014. It comes as a shock to many since White pulled out of the Slopestyle event to focus on the halfpipe, in which he was going for a third consecutive gold in the same event. Switzerland's Iouri Pdladtchikov secured gold, while Japan's Ayumu Hirano and Taku Hiraoka took silver and bronze, respectively.
