- Part 1: The police chiefs of Seoul drink soju every night. They have a good reason for doing so. Their unruly junior officers are giving them headaches. One officer loses suspects all the time because he faints every time he sees a crime scene. Another crazy officer claims that every murder is the work of a serial killer. One of their officers is alazy policewoman who goes home the second her shift ends and puts minimal effort into her investigations. The police chiefs are never at ease. But their biggest problem is Noh Cheolgi from Yeongdeunpo station, A.K.A. the King of Dummies. There is no way to help these troublemakers. The Yeongdeungpo police chief claims that the best way to deal with these problems is to call in theSpecial Investigation Unit MSS. Special Investigation Unit MSS? Cheolgi signs up immediately and obediently for once, but what exactly is Special Investigation Unit MSS?
