Turkmenistan international footballer Ruslan Mingazov was born and raised in Ashgabat, the capital of the country. Last year, in March, he made headlines when he signed with Hong Kong's Kitchee SC.
In May this year, Mingazov was named Hong Kong's footballer of the year for the 2022/23 season.
