New 2018 VW T-Roc will now be entering series production. Its progressive design has expanded our SUV offensive and paved the way for a completely new segment at Volkswagen: a Lifestyle Crossover with SUV characteristics – the first CUV. A car that inspires, both on-road and off-road.

The bi-colour concept is particularly exciting. With a huge variety of colour combinations, the T-Roc enables you to configure your car to suit your individual style.
In urban traffic or on long trips, the new T-Roc combines the effortless superiority of an SUV with the agility of a sporty compact model. Both of these attributes are also reflected in the design, which adopts off-road features and infuses these with dynamism and urbanity. At the same time, the T-Roc remains clearly recognisable as a Volkswagen. A style-defining feature in the front is the wide radiator grille with integrated dual headlights. Separate from the headlights, the housings for turn indicators and daytime running/cornering lights are positioned in the bumper, together with the light signature which provides the T-Roc with a distinctive appearance at night, too.
Like the larger Tiguan, the new T-Roc too is being offered with efficient turbocharged engines: three petrol engines (TSI) and three diesels (TDI). They are being offered partly with front-wheel drive and manual gearbox, partly with front-wheel drive, 4Motion all-wheel drive (including 4Motion Active Control as standard) and the dual clutch gearbox (7-speed DSG).
The T-Roc will take its place in the €20,000 class segment (German market). Its market launch begins in Europe this November.
