In 2005, David Stern, then commissioner of the NBA, opted to change the CBA so that draft eligible players had to be 19 years old or one year removed from high school. The jump that LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and guys like Kevin Garnett made was a thing of the past, however, there are some NBA players today who likely could have made that jump. Kyrie Irving played all of 11 games at Duke, and still got drafted No. 1 overall. John Wall was the fastest in college too.
