Egg White mix:
3 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Egg Yolk Mix
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups cream
1 cup white chocolate (melted)
serve with white chocolate balls
