Atletico Madrid made a fantastic run to the Champions League Final last season, but fell short in PK’s to their hometown rival Real Madrid. The constant thorn in the two powerhouse La Liga clubs (Barcelona and Real Madrid) are not off to the strong start they are accustomed too over the past few seasons. The sound defensive front that most teams fail to overcome is not the problem, as La Liga clubs are now daring Atletico Madrid to bring the attack to them. Two draws to start the season is nothing to overreact too, but when will they turn it around?
