演藝盛薈．開放舞台：演藝盛薈．開放舞台：女侍在上 (Waitress On Top)

一位日忙夜忙的餐廳老闆，典型王老五；一位嶄露頭角的女企業家，同時又是不起眼的女侍應；一位沉默的男侍應，以及一位別具威脅性的廚師，他們聚首一堂，究竟會·擦出甚麼火花呢？改編自彼高利斯(Giovanni Battista Pergolesi)的著名鬧劇《管家女僕》“La Serva Padrona”，賦予全新想像，套入當下香港，交織出一場兩性與智慧較量的戲碼。獨幕喜歌劇《女侍在上》猶如一杯意大利葡萄汽酒，胡鬧卻又引人入勝。

本集《演藝盛薈．開放舞台》為觀眾帶來的《女侍在上》“Waitress on Top”由Stefano Fossati策劃，並獲意大利總領事館文化處提供歌劇片段。

A restaurant (Italian, of course). A harried bachelor restaurant boss. A budding female entrepreneur, currently a waitress. A silent waiter. A threatening chef. Giovanni Battista Pergolesi’s celebrated farce “La Serva Padrona” is re-imagined as a battle of sexes and matching of wits in contemporary Hong Kong. This one-act comedy is as bubbly as a glass of prosecco and just as intoxicating.

This episode of “Arts on Air - Open Stage” brings to the audience “Waitress on Top”, a project by Stefano Fossati, with the Italian Culture Institute in Hong Kong providing footage of the opera.
