신성록(이혁)은 장나라(오써니)와의 술자리에서 취하는 모습을 보이며 진실게임에 임한다. 취한 신성록 모습에 장나라는 태황태후(박원숙)를 죽인 범인에 대해 묻는다. 이에 신성록은 신은경이 장나라가 만든 도시락에 독약을 넣었다고 사실을 고백한다.

'The Last Empress' is story of a musical actress Oh Ssu Ni(Jang Na Ra) who suddenly getting married with emperor Lee Hyuk(Shin Sung Rok). Oh Ssu Ni gets in a fight against absolute power of the palace, and entangled with the murder of the emperor's grandmother as she finds true love and happiness with Na Wang Sik(Choi Jin Hyuk) her way through palace life.
