Kate Holcombe is founder and director of Healing Yoga Foundation, a San Francisco nonprofit dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals' health, healing, and personal development through yoga, regardless of ability, experience, or financial means. Kate has been a personal student of T. K. V. Desikachar in Chennai, India since 1991. She teaches and writes about Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and is a contributing editor for Yoga Journal magazine.
