1 cup bacon (diced)
3 red capsicums/bell peppers
3 cups whole tomatoes (roughly 2 cans)
1 1/3 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup fresh mixed herbs (parsley, oregano, chives, basil)
salt & pepper to season
extra herbs to garnish
