Chicago Bulls 2013, DRose Injury - Tank?

Derrick Rose's recent injury has the Chicago Bulls 2013-2014 season in shambles. The Bulls are a team that is ready to win now, but unfortunately the one thing missing is a star. Now the Bulls could potentially be pursuing "plan b," which is to trade away integral parts Luol Deng, Taj Gibson and Carlos Boozer for draft picks to rebuild the roster. Should the Chicago Bulls tank while DRose is out for the rest of the year or try to keep the core of the team together?
