Coach K 1,000 Wins | Greatest Coach of All Time?

Duke basketball Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski earned his 1,000 career win after beating St. Johns 77-68 Sunday afternoon. Jahlil Okafor, Quinn Cook and Tyus Jones came up big in the second half to propel the Blue Devils and Coach K to his 1,000 win as a head coach, making him the only mens basketball coach to reach that feat (Pat Summit of the Tennessee Womens Volunteers has also reached that milestone). Coach K has been a staple to college basketball racking up 11 Final Four appearances and 4 National Titles. Duke players have gone on to successful NBA careers’s like JJ Reddick, Carlos Boozer and Shane Battier.
