Ousmane Dembele will be moving to Barcelona as terms have been agreed for the 150 million Euro transfer. The vast amount of money spent on Dembele does address a void that Barcelona needed to fill, although the amount itself is amongst the most expensive transfers ever. After the departure of Neymar, Barcelona have been left steadying a shaky ship heading into La Liga season, where they won handily 2-0 in their opener on Sunday.
