This week we head to one of the best spots for delicious Korean street food: Gwangjang Market! I give you a walking tour of the four main routes, revealing where to eat jeon (savory Korean pancakes), soondae (blood sausages), bindaetteok/nokdujeon (mung bean pancakes), mandu (dumplings), mayak kimbap (drug rolls), shikhye (Korean rice drink), desserts, and more. After burning a couple calories, we head over to the bibimbap stalls to enjoy a filling bowl of barley rice topped off with various seasoned vegetables. Spicy, slightly sweet, and completely tasty :)
