여야가 국회 정상화에 극적으로 합의하면서 오늘부터 예산안
심사에 들어갔습니다. 최악의 상황은 피했지만, 법률을
제·개정하는 국회 본연의 임무는 낙제 수준을 면치 못하고
있습니다. 올 정기 국회 석 달 동안 단 한건의 법안도 처리하지
못했기 때문인데요. 학생들의 안전과 직결된 문제와 같이
시급히 처리되어야 할 법안들도 여전히 계류 중입니다.
