After 10 years at the club, Aaron Hunt marked his last home game for Werder Bremen with both goals in a 2-0 victory against Hertha Berlin on Matchday 33 of the Bundesliga. The midfielder was also presented with the Fair Play Prize from the German Olympic Committee, after correcting the referee's decision to award a penalty against Nuremberg in March.
