After NFL commissioner Roger Goodell adjusted the NFL's stance on fining players for celebrations, one of the games best Touchdown celebrators in Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown, took to snapchat to tell the commissioner how much he appreciated it. It made for one awkward video, however its good to know now that whenever Antonio Brown scores and starts twerking in the end-zone that he wont be flagged and/or fined for $50,000.
