Korea.net met with animation director Oh Sung-yun to hear this thoughts on directing his latest short "Fireworks" set in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), which follows a group of anthropomorphic landmines that trek across the wilderness to an unknown destination.
"Fireworks" is part of an omnibus film produced by the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS), exploring the common theme "Korean from a Unique Perspective."
Director Oh is known for his films "Leafie, a Hen into the Wild" (2011) and "Underdog" (2019).
