The Charlotte Hornets have been struggling in the weak Eastern Conference this season. Lance Stephenson, who the Hornets signed during the offseason after having success with the Indiana Pacers, has not been worth the money that was shelled out to him. The Hornets have a solid roster that cannot seem to mesh. Al Jefferson offensive prowess has overshadowed his defensive ability and Kemba Walker has been the lone bright spot on the roster, but he alone cannot lead the team.
