Ep.4 : Terraced fields line up one side of Jirisan. Their earliest inhabitants were people who escaped their ruthless surroundings to scratch a living out of the earth. They stacked rocks and created paths for the water to flow. These are man-made wetlands that bring the village together with the mountains. Changwon Village lies at the end of the terraced fields, and this episode explores the life that surrounds the village, after our crew studied the surroundings for a year.
