Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups water
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lemon rind
1/2 cup water mixed with 1 tbls corn flour
3 egg yolks

Pastry
1 2/3 cups plain Flour
150g cold Butter
1 tbls Lemon Rind
1/4 cup Icing sugar
1 tbls iced water

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
