Ingredients: makes 4

SEASONED FLOUR
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

2 eggs
1 tblsp milk
2 large chicken breasts (halved)
Vegetable oil for frying

4 Burger buns / bread rolls
4 greek oak lettuce leaves
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato relish
