Beomjin calls a press conference to announce his resignation. But Suim worries that the resignation will steamroll the controversy of the case from 22 years ago. Seoktae's assistant makes a surprising revelation. Hyeonu is worried about his father, but Beomjin insists they aren't family. Jeongja confirms her pregnancy and becomes nervous. Gwibun finds out as well. Deulim runs to see Hyeonu after hearing he was the source. Meanwhile, Hyeonu is picking up his drunk dad from a bar but runs into a car that heads straight for them.
