앨범 출시 전부터 가요팬들의 기대를 한 몸에 받았던 이 앨범은 가을로 접어드는 이 계절에 어울리는 잔잔한 발라드로 구성된 앨범으로, 그동안 이수영표 발라드에 목말라있던 가요팬들에게 푸짐한 선물이 될 것으로 보인다.
이번 앨범은 이수영을 스타덤에 올라서게 한 1집 타이틀곡 'I Believe'와 4집 '라라라'의 일본어 버전이 수록되어 이수영을 사랑하는 팬들의 향수를 자극하고 있으며 그 외에도 '덩그러니', '광화문연가', '그리고 사랑해' 등 가요팬들의 많은 사랑을 받았으나 묻혀있었던 주옥같은 명곡들만이 선정되어있다.
